Booking Requirements:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to finalise a booking and secure the desired spot, failure to provide deposit deems the position still available for other customers to book.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations are fully refundable less $100 prior to 7 days of course commencing.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will forfeit full amount paid.
Rescheduling incurs no penalty if made at least 48 hours prior to course start.
Less than 48 hours notice will forfeit $100 of booking paid.

Course Ineligibilty:
If a participant is found to be ineligible to sit the course on the day, 50% of course cost will be refunded towards a course resheduling, the other 50% will be forefeited.
